  Just went in to pay my taxes and it's as if the most important qualification for these employees is a terrible attitude. I've never been treated with so much disrespect for trying to give someone a huge amount of money. Also the computers are always "down" somehow; don't know whether the employees are too incompetent to use them or if they're just so unhelpful they won't try. Either way, be aware that these women are out to ruin your day for no discernable reason.
