  I called the office to get some information. The staff were so rude & dismissing of my problems. They clearly have no idea what customer service is!
  Also was told me I could come in 20 minutes before my appointment to sign up for the Family Planning program. Signing up for insurance 20 minutes before my visit? I'm sure they'll cover it! Dumbasses!!!!! Do not recommend! Go to a real OB/GYN or Binghamton Family Planning!
