  I took an old (almost 70 years) photograph that had faded considerably to Jon Reis and asked if he could restore it. He said that indeed he could. It was much more expensive than I had anticipated, but after talking with Mr. Reis and his assistant, I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and that I could trust them with my precious photograph. When I went to pick up the photo, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. It was better than I had imagined. He had also provided me with a few extras like some acid free cardstock for behind the photo in the frame as the plain cardboard backing that had come with the frame had contributed to the deterioration of the original photo. He had also obviously polished up the old frame. The restored photo was a Christmas present for my husband and he was as pleased as I was. My experience with Jon Reis Photography couldn't have been better - - professional, pleasant, and good work - - hard to find nowadays.
